Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at SEDRA. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during 11.11 or 12.12 sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship within Malaysia and to selected international destinations.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasons or customs clearance.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SEDRA INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For international orders, most shipments are sent DAP (Delivered At Place).
5. Damaged Items in Transit
We take great care in packaging our honey jars and fragile items. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us at sedrahoney.sale@gmail.com or WhatsApp 011-1112 0163 immediately.
Please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods, and take clear photos of the parcel before filing a claim. Refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
6. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your building management or neighbors first. If it remains missing, please contact the courier service directly or reach out to our support team.
