Refund and Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Please note that due to hygiene, health, and safety standards, we cannot accept returns for the following:
- Perishable Goods: Food items (such as honey), flowers, or plants.
- Personal Care Goods: Beauty products, balms, or soaps that have been opened or used.
- Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
- Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Important for Glass/Liquid Items: If you receive a broken jar or leaking product, please do not return the broken glass/item to us via mail. Instead, take a clear photo of the damage and email it to us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the photo evidence.
How to Start a Return
To start a return for eligible non-perishable items, contact us at sedrahoney.sale@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:
- Defective/Wrong Items: We will cover the shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning a general merchandise item (non-food) due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
